Dr. Shannon Young has been an outstanding physical therapist and truly deserves recognition for the level of care she provides. I came to her through a workers’ compensation case, where therapy can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, but my experience with Dr. Young has been the complete opposite. From the very beginning, she has provided exceptional care, taking the time to understand my needs and explain the purpose behind each exercise. Dr. Young is knowledgeable, empathetic, and incredibly encouraging. She creates a supportive environment that keeps me motivated, even knowing that full recovery will take time. I’m very grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist.

My visit was my best therapy appointment & I've been doing therapy since May 5th last year. I forgot the therapist that I saw but she was GREAT!!! I feel like she'll make me better with her way of therapy. The women upfront also made me comfortable as well. I give the whole office 💯

This place is the best place I've ever been to the doctors and ladies in the front are great and super sweet and kind when your in there in such pain they have really helped me and I'll continue to go there Doctor Mike and doctor B is the best so is Shannon the physical therapist she is the best ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Kyle Lashley is by far the most amazing chiropractor in Jacksonville. He makes you feel at home and welcoming with his astounding knowledge on kinetic therapy and honing our injuries to preserve our bodies with proper movement techniques. His staffing are some of the most sweet individuals, and they always ask how I’m feeling before and after all of my previous visits. The Skymark location is the best.
